My first painting that I post this year (but definitely not the first one I've painted!), which I actually painted earlier today. It's a watercolour portrait of Jim Sturgess and it took me about an hour and a half to paint. There ya go!

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by sweetnvicious
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Here's another oil painting of one of my favourite bands The Beatles (I previously did a painting of Pink Floyd too), which  took me over a month to finish. It's one of the largest ones I've painted so far (50x70) cm.  Oh the details on their outfits...but I had fun painting them! :)

Which one is Pink? by sweetnvicious
Which one is Pink?
FINALLY, after working on it for three weeks, I've finished this portrait of one of my all time favourite bands; Pink Floyd. I must admit, I'm pleased with the result, as I'm a newbie with oil painting and I've only been painting with them for 7 months. Anyway, this is a 55x46 cm sized canvas and I don't think I'll be painting anything with pink for a while now...heh.

Oh, and the title is a line from Pink Floyd's song "Have a cigar", from the "Wish You Where Here" album.

Hope you like!

Sweden
So, here goes the introduction part...
Born in Chile, grew up & reside in Sweden. Twin sister, daughter, friend, art lover, obsessed with music and with playing my guitar, I love my pets, traveling, concerts, meeting new people, I speak Swedish, English and Spanish fluently (know some German). Can't live without art and music, they pretty much go hand in hand in my world.

Thanks for taking a look at my gallery here! :)
